Safeguarding Voices Report

In 2023 the Lancashire Safeguarding Adults Board supported a joint commission from Healthwatch Together to seek views from residents who have been through the safeguarding process, and how we can improve in making safeguarding personal.
Findings have been presented to the LSAB and actions are being progressed to respond the recommendations.
