SCR Publication: Child LG

The final report of the Serious Case Review (SCR) in relation to Child LG has now been published.
Today we publish the Overview Report of the Serious Case review relating to Child LG.
A number of recommendations were made as part of this review, which the LSCB and individual agencies have been working to progress prior to publication, and continue to do so. Key learning was identified and shared with agencies and professionals via a learning brief published in June 2017. The publication of this Overview Report was delayed due to parallel proceedings which have now concluded.
A number of actions are progressing to address the identified themes, which includes learning about how information is shared between agencies and the type of information that is given to parents about handling their child.
